About Energize Wellness and Rehabilitation
Our Philosophy
At Energize Wellness and Rehabilitation, how you feel and your time matters. Dr. Erica comes directly to you, making you and your time the priority. You are not limited by waiting for authorizations and approvals. You are not sent off to see an aid or assistant after seeing your therapist for 15 minutes. Dr. Erica, physical therapist, works directly with you throughout your treatment.
We pride ourselves on making a big difference for the special few, rather than a small difference for many.

About Dr. Erica, Physical Therapist
Erica worked toward becoming a physical therapist after her mother experienced multi-system organ failure and multiple strokes in 2009. She saw how the physical therapists worked closely and tirelessly with her mother to regain strength and function. It was a very long, very difficult process.
Graduating from Cal Lutheran University with her bachelor of science in exercise science in 2014, Erica went on to the University of Southern California to graduate with her doctorate in physical therapy in 2018. She has worked in several settings, including acute rehab, hospital, and home health. Having seen complex medical cases, as we

She has certifications in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's disease, and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).
