"Erica's plan of care, and its' execution, attendant to the rehabilitation of my December 2023 knee replacement, was first rate. I only wish I had been introduced to her in time for the earlier replacement of the opposite knee.
Erica listened to me relative to my recovery goals, devised a program specific to their achievement, and made adjustments as necessary as I progressed. She is now my go-to for musculoskeletal issues, sports related or otherwise.
In summary, if you're willing to do the work she designs for you, you WILL get better."
“Thanks to Energize Wellness I was able to achieve 100% rehabilitation following my total knee replacement.
After a thorough evaluation of my knee Erica was able to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that included beneficial exercises and had goals that were attainable. Her excellent hands on care and encouragement enabled me to follow her plan, meet my goals and to achieve a full and total recovery.
Erica is the consummate professional and an outstanding physical therapist. The fact that she comes to your home and personally administers your treatment guarantees that you receive all important consistency of care. Her dedication to making sure that you follow your plan and meet your goals is second to none.
I’m so happy that I chose Erica and Energize Wellness for my therapy and happily give them my highest recommendation.”
"Ahead of my GBS diagnosis in November of 2022, Dr. Erica was on the move. Her quick and thorough response to what she felt was a problem allowed the correct treatment to quickly put a check on the aggressive effects of the syndrome. I am eternally grateful for her care and targeted treatment to allow me to regain my strength and resume my lifestyle."

- Spend more time with your therapist giving you more focused and higher quality attention.
- Faster access to care with no insurance delays waiting for authorizations and approvals.
- Transparency of pricing with no hidden costs. Know what you will be paying before you get your treatment, without getting a surprise bill in the mail.
- Lower prices for services than what is charged to insurance companies due to high administrative costs and complexities that go along with excessive paperwork when going through insurance.
- Freedom and participation in treatment choices. Again, without waiting for insurance authorizations and approvals to get the treatment you need.
- Avoid unnecessary treatments. Cash-based physical therapy can focus on evidence-based, appropriate care without pressures to perform unnecessary treatments or provide unnecessary modalities driven by insurance incentives.
Manual therapy means using using physical means to manipulate the body to move and feel better.
I would recommend a hand therapist for wrist and hand pain. I would also recommend a pelvic floor specialist for trauma and pain related to the saddle-pelvic-genitalia area.
We are out of network with all insurance providers. We are a cash-based service. Please see intake forms for more information.
